Afternoon animal encounters

Crested pigeons on my back power lines - all puffed up - it was cold. Walked to the pharmacy and unexpectedly saw kangaroos on the oval and even closer to Drakeford Drive on my way back. Indication of how little feed there must be and how dry it is. Also saw some wood ducks, quite some way from the lake.

Then at soccer practice, cockatoos and quite a lot of grass parrots, all in pairs. They are hard to capture though - they were almost always in the shade.
