Indeed, spring is sprung here in the grand duchy. At least one of our plum trees has decided the time has come.
but I think August is not too early - we should all be worried if it happens in July.
And if memory serves, the changing day length is the critical factor not the temperature (woops seems I have given Paul an argument)
