Time to face facts. Sgatsrep was never going to fly. With a great game, you need a great name. I am proposing "Moderni Agone". Petrus, can you improve? I will award you 10 of my posts if you can (towards the Empire score).
I have been sitting in a Mac Cafe debugging the moving and it is almost complete. No longer can you pass through enemy stacks (like a wraith rider), nor can you move without a leader. Only thing remaining is stopping when next to a missile unit. (Oh, and stack splitting, but I am tempted not to support that.)
The URL is now http://www.redwaratah.com/moderniagone/
The point of the name is that most of Prestags is modern relative to a republican Roman, hence calling the name of the latest S&T offshoot but in the language of the time seems apt, no?

Modern Army is not really the name for pre-seventeenth century battles, especially when most of the battles are many centuries earlier.

How about Popeg?
"Python owns Paul every game", and Python and Paul can be exchanged with Peter, Paul or Python, however the die falls.

Does this meam "modern contest" or perhaps "modern arena"? What about an anagram from as many of the letters of PRESTAGS as possible. For example, REPASTS, SPEARS, ASSERT, GREATS, GRASPS, STAGES, SPARSE, SARGES,PASTER,TSARS, STARS,STEPS, STAGE, SPEAR, SPATS, SEARS, RETAG, RESTS, RAGES, PRESS, PRATS, PESTS, GRASS, GRASP, GEARS, GASPS, ASSET, ARSES (no), APRES etc. Of course, the letters will then need to stand for something profound and meaningful.
